I have received my order and some of my jars / bottles are broken.

Can I buy in bulk quantities?

Of course, just drop us an email or pick up the phone. We also have a wholesale pallets section online. Email in via our contact us page.

 

When will I receive my order?

We offer three different types of shipping: standard, express and premium. Standard deliveries will take up to 5 working days. Express deliveries will take between 2-3 working days. Premium delivery will be the next working day, if ordered before 11am. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details and restrictions.

 

What courier do you use?

Can I come and collect my order?

Of course you can. We only ask you please call in advance so we can prepare you order to avoid delays upon arrival.

 

I have received my order, but there are some parts missing.

Sometimes, different parts of orders are in different packs or bags, and they can get separated during transit. Please contact us with your order number and what is missing, and we will get on it and track what has happened. We will need you provide evidence before any replacements can be sent.
